2. Cookies used by this website
The ARK website uses one first-party technical preference cookie, ark-language. It is created or refreshed only when you manually select English or Italian and is not used to identify you, analyse browsing behaviour, or build a profile. It applies across this site, uses SameSite=Lax, and is marked Secure on HTTPS pages.
3. Why there is no consent banner
The site uses only the language-preference cookie described below. It does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and does not display a consent banner for this preference-only configuration.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Deleting ark-language removes the saved choice; the website will then choose an initial language using your browser language. Geographic location is not used. You can always switch language manually.
